Aldovin Station

Avery
Bakers Station This station was on the Bowmans Creek Branch.
Black Walnut
Camp Lackawanna
Dinstels Crossing
(Cider Run)
This station was on the Bowmans Creek Branch just north of the county line.
Factoryville This was the original Factoryville station.
Factoryville The final Factoryville station was a brick combination depot built in 1915. There was also a frame freight station that was built in 1883 that may have been the repurposed station listed above.
Falls
Hawley
Laceyville The first station here was at the end of Chruch Street (before the bridge was built) on the south side of the tracks at GPS: 41.643810, -76.161068. It burned down on September 3, 1902 (Wyoming Democrat, 9-5-1902). The railroad was able to block the town from building a bridge here for some time, and even sought a permanent injunction, as it did not want a road crossing here (Wyoming Democrat, 8-4-1899).
Laceyville The new station, built in 1903, was on the east side of Church Street on the north side of the tracks at GPS: 41.643952, -76.160883.
LaGrange
(Osterhout)
This station was on the south side of the tracks at approximately GPS: 41.510723, -75.903806. The land for the LaGrange depot was deeded to the Pennsylvania & New York Canal & RR Company in 1879 by Jeremiah Osterhout, however there may have been a depot here prior that as one is shown on the 1869 map with the name "Osterhout Depot."
Lake Carey
Marcy This station was eest of Billings Mill Road at the intersection with Marcy Road south of Lake Carey in the vicinity of GPS: 41.573795, -75.917474. It was on the Montrose Branch which was extended in 1874.
Mehoopany
Meshoppen This was the original station. It was at the end (at the time) of South Street (now Railroad Avenue).
Myobeach Station
Nicholson This station was built in 1915.
Ricketts May have been called "Lee Road Station" previously. Ricketts was right on the Sullivan/Wyoming county line; it's not clear which county the station was in.
Ruggles
Skinners Eddy
Stull This station was on the Bowmans Creek Branch.
Tunkhannock The original LV station was between Warren and Putnam Streets. These streets no longer go through to the tracks. The location of the original station is approximately the same as the remnants of the 1954 station that are still standing off US-6 west of Bridge Street with access via River Road (GPS: 41.536667, -75.949921). The original station was torn down in 1954. It also served the Montrose RR (a former narrow gague line that became part of the LV). The Montrose RR tracks were on the north side of the station, while the LV tracks were on the south.
Urguhart Station This may have been another name for Ruggles Station, or it may have been a seperate station to the north of Ruggles.
Vosburg This station was west of Vosburg Road at GPS: 41.561894, -76.006149.

Notes About Existing Stations...

Nicholson (DL&W) - This station is the original wood building on the "old" mainline (which is nowRoute 11). This building was originally a combination passenger and freight station. Similar story to Clarks Summit, except that the DL&W did construct a concrete station on the new line at Nicholson at the west end of Tunkhannock Viaduct (it has been gone for several years). At that time (1915) the "old" station became converted to "freight only" with a separate agent, and over the years, lost much of its passenger station appearance. For more info see the Nicholson Heritage web site.

Noxen (LV) - The station was in a very dilapidated condition. The roof had caved in over the passenger waiting area and it was in danger of being lost.  The North Branch Land Trust has undertaken a massive restoration effort - rescuing the Noxen railroad depot from ruin to create a structure that is both useful and historic. Visit the web page for the Noxen Depot Project for more information.
